From sales to billing to install crew, this company's professionalism and care of my need for competitive price, from recommendation of product, to a fast urgent install request fulfilled due to sale of home, these guys are 100% legit. They got 1800 feet of laminate in, moved all furniture out and then in exactly as I asked, cleaned up, removed debris and even took my old rugs to the curb all in 3 days. They worked until 7:30 pm on Saturday night for heaven's sake, just so I could be done and restage over the weekend. Rockstars, all of them. Pricing is super competitive too.

He was very professional and very good at solving several problems that arose after the initial inspection. The job took longer than originally expected due to some problems that arose. Gabriel never faltered about figuring out how to solve them. Gabriel is the best! Job well done.

Thank you Rick for helping us get a facelift for our living room! Our living room feels so much cozier and inviting now. Rick was a great salesman, straight and to the point, no nonsense whatsoever. We bid with two other guys, and Rick was the cheapest and the most pleasant. The installers were fast and efficient. My only suggestion is that the workers should have shoe covers on once the brand new carpet is rolled out instead of walking all over the new installation with their dirty work boots.

Excellent service and superb pricing

I finally let the carpet go! I loved my carpet when I first moved into my house. However, after teenagers, numerous spills, and other life accidents, the carpet had reached its limit, and no more carpet cleaning could save it. My husband and I decided to get vinyl laminate floors and I’m so glad we did! We were going to put the floors in as a DIY project, but after doing this type of work ourselves (for other people) we just didn’t want to have to come home and work! We reached out to iDeal Floors to see if they could install it, and they said Yes, they also do installation. After giving us a great price on the flooring, the team came over within the next few days, and within several hours the job was complete! The floor was beautiful and I was so happy we decided to let someone else move the furniture and do the work! Thank you iDeal floors for all your help, great prices, and professional installation!

Prompt service and quality work

Ideal floors was actually an ideal place to get my carpet! They were very proficient in showing me samples and giving me price quotes. Then they gave me a suggestion to upgrade the pad which would make the carpet even better. They came promptly to install the carpet did an amazing job of tearing out the old and hauling it away and then installing the new carpet and vacuuming it it really looked wonderful I'm a proud new owner!
