I informed him what I was trying to do and he provided wonderful suggestions to capture what I was looking floor. He assisted me with my project from beginning to end. Gerardo was very helpful when I bought my carpet. He explained the different carpets and padding, making this process easier than I thought it would be. What I wanted was in stock, so there was no wait time to order anything. I would recommend this local business when buying flooring!

This is my 3rd review! I did get the new carpet installed! I am happy with my selection! The installers were on time and did an excellent job! I am happy to say I would recommend Ideal Floors to my friends! Caution …be sure to take a sample home before you purchase the carpet!

IDeal Flooring deserves a 5 Star for the Teamwork they all displayed.
Sean Alexander worked nonstop until he could help me fine tile to match my flooring in my Den with patience and great customer service skills. That tile was purchased by IDeal years ago and now it’s no longer on the marketplace.
Also, on delivery/installation, the guys were on time, had all their needed materials, and very professional. I’m very pleased!!!
