iDeal Floors is my go to spot for flooring! I need an emergency job my clients new media room install my company did. The GC I hired DROPPED the ball on the carpet install big time. Only had 2 days to find black carpet and get it installed. My guy Shawn got me squared away and the install showed up the next day and got ya boy right! The representative I worked with is name Sean Alexander. From the time I entered the store he was very personable, polite, courteous and knowledgeable of the products. I informed him what I was trying to do and he provided wonderful suggestions to capture what I was looking floor. He assisted me with my project from beginning to end. Gerardo was very helpful when I bought my carpet. He explained the different carpets and padding, making this process easier than I thought it would be. What I wanted was in stock, so there was no wait time to order anything. I would recommend this local business when buying flooring!

This is my 3rd review! I did get the new carpet installed! I am happy with my selection! The installers were on time and did an excellent job! I am happy to say I would recommend Ideal Floors to my friends! Caution …be sure to take a sample home before you purchase the carpet!
